Yes, our Daily Report Email highlights customer accounts that failed to back up in the last 24 hours. The report helps you ensure that your customers always have a fresh backup of their critical business data.

You can enable daily reports on the Profile page.

Where do you store my customers' data?

All backups are stored in the Amazon Web Services™ cloud.

Is there a maximum retention period?

You can configure RestBackup™ to keep uploaded files for up to one year.

Is there a maximum file size?

You can back up files as big as 5 GB.

To reduce file size, our Backup Software zips up the data before uploading it to the cloud.
